It’s been 5 years and the Heroes Of The World (HOTW) is going on Kickstarter, a funding platform for creative projects. We need your support to take HOTW to the global level and reach insurmountable heights!

Launch Date and Goal

HOTW’s Kickstarter is launching February 15, 2013 in the efforts to raise $20,000. Our goal is to create a motion comic based on the characters of Heroes of the World. This is YOUR chance to be a PART of something huge. You will only be able to view our project once it goes live.  So save the date!

About HEROES OF THE WORLD…

Heroes of the World is a comic property created by two Canadian artists, Mark Williams and Joe Bonsu, assisted by business manager, Shawn Cuffie and writer, Vincent Galvez. It involves the creation of superheroes from around the world, placing each superhero in a different country and emphasizing the importance of unity through diversity in their artwork.

What Is KICKSTARTER?

Kickstarter is a funding platform for creative projects. Everything from films, comics, games, and Animation. Kickstarter is full of innovative, and imaginative projects that are brought to life through the direct support of others. More than 2.5 million people, funding more than 30,000 projects, have pledged over $350 million.

Why Kickstarter for HOTW?

To create a reputable comic property, we have to work extremely hard to meet our ultimate goal of creating a motion comic! Generally, it would cost over $30,000 to work on this full-time project. It involves animation, voice and production, and can take up to

3months to create a motion comic. Funds are also required to purchase the needed programs and equipment, as well as bring in sound designers and voice actors to work on the project. HOTW needs $20,000 to make this happen. Therefore, our only hope is to raise money for this venture using the Kickstarter program.

How It Works

Creators spend months building project pages, shooting videos, brainstorming reward ideas to launch their project on the site. Each project has a funding goal and deadline. You pledge money and if the project reaches its set goal, your credit card is charged when the time expires. If the project falls short, no one is charged. Since funding on Kickstarter is all-or-nothing, we ask you to chip in what you can to be a part of the Heroes Of The World success story.

 Starting on February 15, 2013

• Log on to kickstarter.com

• Click on “Discover Great Projects”, then click Comics.

• Select Heroes Of The World.

• Check out the Pledge options and make your selection.

• Follow the payment instructions to complete the transaction.

• Support us with whatever you can, as we are not able to reach our goal of $20,000 without you!

What You Get

Heroes Of The World has created specialty gifts for our supporters which you can view

when the project launches. You also have a chance to become a part of the HOTW

adventure in making it to the pop culture world!
